Job summary

Photon is seeking an AI Architect to lead the design of LLM-powered workflows, including briefing, enrichment, signals and pitch preparation. The role covers creating a hybrid compute strategy with on-device AI kits and server-side LLM supporting production environments onsite in Jersey City, NJ or New York, NY.

The candidate will establish guardrails for accuracy, safety against hallucinations, and governance compliance, while ensuring seamless enterprise integration with CRM APIs, mobile apps,

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in LLMs, NLP, embeddings, multi-step reasoning.
• Prior experience building/architecting AI systems in production
• Understanding of PII handling, governance, and secure AI practices
• Ability to optimize latency and model performance for mobile contexts

Responsibilities
