Position Summary: As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the primary contact for prospective residents, responsible for marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals. You will handle leasing activities, ensure resident satisfaction, and promote lease renewals.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct leasing activities to achieve occupancy goals: greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and perform background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in documentation for smooth resident onboarding.
• Inspect apartments before move-in and coordinate maintenance if needed.
• Monitor market conditions impacting occupancy and sales.
• Develop marketing plans to sustain occupancy, including managing concessions and specials.
• Utilize property management software (e.g., Yardi) to track and manage leasing data.
• Respond promptly to resident inquiries and concerns.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous leasing experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills; experience with Yardi preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Motivated to succeed in a competitive environment.

Work Hours: Typically Monday-Friday with rotating weekends; hours may vary.

Work Location: Onsite at properties, with exposure to outdoor elements.
