Job summary

Zoetis is seeking a Livestock Marketing Intelligence & Analytics Manager to analyze sales, market share, and marketing data from sources like CEESA and Power BI to identify trends and optimize net revenue. You will guide analyses, set strategic priorities, and deliver data-driven recommendations across multiple teams.

You will partner with Livestock Marketing, Sales, Finance, and NRM to frame ad hoc analyses, develop dashboards, and drive pricing and promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, math, engineering, CS or equivalent.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 7–10 years in commercial functions (sales/marketing) or related support roles.
• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving能力.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data to identify industry trends and marketing impact.
• Leverage market share data to support strategic decisions.
• Identify and train on AI models to simplify analysis for marketing teams.
• Develop strategies to drive pricing and promotions for Livestock BU.
• Oversee pricing, discounts, seasonal promotions, and contracting.
• Understand key brands to inform annual priorities and leadership updates.
• Frame ad hoc analyses and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing to pitch opportunities to NRM.
• Guide hypotheses with NRM Analyst and test concepts.
