Job summary

Rangen, LLC Inc. is seeking a Production Operator to assist in producing livestock and aqua feed products, ensuring quality control, maintenance, and facility cleanliness. The role covers operation of extruder, grinder, mixer or pellet machine, plus warehousing duties.

It is a four-day, 10-hour shift. You will set up production lines, operate equipment per SOPs, document activities, and follow safety, FDA, OSHA, and other guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in production or similar roles.
• Must be 18+ years old and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Able to follow written and verbal directions in English and complete documentation.
• Willing to work overtime hours as needed

Responsibilities

• Set up production lines and inspect materials; blend according to jobs and instructions.
• Operate processing equipment per SOPs and assist with quality control.
• Document activities with supervisor; track processing, maintenance, and cleaning tasks.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and follow safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Learn multiple roles (mixing, bagging, forklift, loading) to support operations.
• Report safety or food safety concerns immediately.
