The Liver Transplant Program Manager at Oregon Health & Science University leads clinical operations, staffing, and quality initiatives for the Liver Transplant Program in Portland. You will oversee evaluation, waitlist management, and post-transplant care, ensuring regulatory compliance and cost-effective care in collaboration with medical leadership.

Responsibilities include staffing, workflow optimization, talent development, and continuous improvement of patient experience.

Formación

• BSN required.
• 2 years clinical nursing experience in a related specialty.
• 1 year of recent leadership experience (e.g., charge nurse, preceptor, supervisor).
• Unencumbered Oregon RN license.
• BLS for healthcare providers.
• Professional certification in nursing leadership within 2 years of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic & Program Planning — develop and execute goals aligned with priorities and guide governance and improvement initiatives.
• Operational Leadership — oversee daily operations, ensure patient care delivery and workflow coordination.
• Financial & Resource Management — manage budgets and plan staffing and resources for sustainability.
• Human Resources & Staff Development — recruit, evaluate and develop staff; mentor leaders.
• Quality, Safety & Performance Improvement — implement and evaluate quality and safety initiatives.
• Professional Practice & Collaboration — promote ethical nursing practice and interdisciplinary collaboration.
