Qualifications

• MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and eligible for state medical license.
• Completed an anesthesiology residency program.
• Fellowship in Transplant Anesthesiology or related subspecialty highly regarded.
• Board certified or eligible in Anesthesiology.
• Experience with liver transplantation and complex perioperative care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care in liver transplant and related hepatobiliary procedures.
• Teach medical students, residents, and fellows as part of the department education mission.
