A family in Little Rock, AR is seeking a warm, patient live-in nanny to care for two children, ages 4 and 5. The role includes morning routines, school drop-off, and afternoon care in a private home with a dedicated bedroom and bathroom.

You may accompany the family on trips, handle dinners and bedtime, and help keep the household organized with weekend hours as needed and guaranteed weekly hours.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional nanny experience.
• Experience helping children through transitions or trauma-informed care preferred.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willing to travel and provide overnight care.
• Weekend hours as needed.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• 3–5 professional references.

Responsibilities

• Morning routine, including breakfast, getting the children dressed, and school drop-off.
• School pickup at 2:30 PM and driving to activities.
• Afternoon snack, play, homework help, and engaging activities.
• Preparing dinner for the children, plus weekly meal prep.
• Bath and bedtime routines, with the children in bed by 7:30–8:00 PM.
• Keeping track of the family’s schedule, appointments, and activities.
• Organizing the household and keeping things tidy (a cleaner comes weekly).
• Some weekend care as needed.
• Traveling with the family and providing solo care when the guardian travels.
• Comfortable living in a home with a dog.

Compensation: $30/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–7:45 AM and 2:00 PM–8:00 PM (split shift), plus weekend hours as needed
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Arrangement: Live-in (private bedroom and bathroom provided)

Overview:
A family in Little Rock is looking for a warm, patient, and organized live-in nanny for a long-term position caring for two children, ages 4 and 5. Both children are in school from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM. You’ll help get them ready in the morning, pick them up from school at 2:30 PM, and handle afternoons and evenings through bedtime at 7:30–8:00 PM. The guardian comes and goes during the day, so this role needs someone who can work on their own and keep the household running smoothly. The nanny will also travel with the family and stay home with the children when the guardian travels. The family is looking for someone gentle and consistent who can give the children stability, structure, and nurturing care.
