Job summary

Home Work Staffing in Little Rock, AR is seeking a part-time afternoon nanny for two young boys, ages 4 and 5. The role runs 2:00–7:00 PM with guaranteed 30 hours per week and full days during summer break.

You’ll handle school pickups, drive to activities, maintain routines, plan age-appropriate activities, supervise swimming, and perform light housework. Must have a valid driver’s license, CPR/First Aid, COVID-19 vaccination, be comfortable with dogs, and provide 3–5 references.

Responsibilities

• Pick up after school and drive to and from afterschool activities.
• Install and manage car seats safely.
• Keep consistent afternoon routines for snacks, play, homework and dinner.
• Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities.
• Supervise water play and swimming.
• Do light household tasks: children’s laundry, light meal prep and tidying shared spaces.
• Help with the family dog as needed.
• Work full days during summer break.

Compensation: $30–$35 per hour

A warm, close-knit household in Little Rock is looking for a loving, energetic part-time afternoon Nanny for two young boys, ages 4 and 5. The boys do best with consistency and routine, so the family wants someone ready to make a long-term commitment and grow with them. You’ll handle school pickup, drive to afterschool activities and keep the afternoons structured, while helping with light household tasks to support the family. The household includes a friendly 7-year-old Golden Retriever.
