Qualifications

• Must complete a State approved training program and pass a standardized examination.
• Meet minimum requirements to be clinically privileged by FCC Behavioral Health.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual assistance to person(s)-served in assessing mental health services and accompanying to appointments.
• Acts as liaison between person(s)-served and community resources.
• Training, coaching and supporting in daily living skills, including budgeting and paying bills.
• Accompanying person(s)-served to community activities when appropriate.
• Follow-up regarding appointments, forms, and receipts.
