Pride in North Carolina, LLC is seeking a Family Support Partner to work within the High Fidelity Wraparound framework. The role requires lived experience as a caregiver and a CFPS credential, or active pursuit of credentialing within 18 months of hire.

The position emphasizes supporting families transitioning children from out-of-home placement or those at risk of removal, with ongoing community engagement across the Wraparound process.

Qualifications

• Must have lived experience as a full-time parent or caregiver for a child who has used mental health or juvenile justice services.
• Holds CFPS credential or is working toward CFPS within 18 months of hire.
• Experience navigating child and family-serving systems.
• Experience supporting a child with IDD and mental health needs or related systems.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a Parent Support Partner within High Fidelity Wraparound.
• Participate in community meetings to relay Wraparound progress and challenges.
• Collaborate with families and service providers to support transitions home.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Services

Associate’s degree in Human Services

High School Diploma or GED + 4 years experience
