Pride in North Carolina, LLC seeks a Family Support Partner in North Carolina. You must be a parent/caregiver of a child who has used services and demonstrate firsthand experience within child-serving systems. The role centers on High Fidelity Wraparound and credentialing toward CFPS to support families returning home from out-of-home placement.

You will participate in community meetings to discuss the Wraparound process and share NC Wraparound successes and challenges with the broader community.

Qualificações

• Lived experience as a primary caregiver for a child with mental health/substance use disorders or IDD.
• CFPS credential or progress toward credential within 18 months of hire.
• Experience navigating child and family-serving systems.

Responsabilidades

• Work within High Fidelity Wraparound principles.
• Participate in community meetings as a conduit of the Wraparound process.
• Share ongoing successes and challenges of NC Wraparound with the community.
• Demonstrate firsthand experience to support caregivers, parents and families.

Conhecimentos

Lived experience as caregiver

CFPS credential

Child-serving systems experience

National credentialing path

Formação académica

Bachelor's degree in human services

Associate degree in human services

High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience
