Job summary

Stord is seeking an Implementation Engineer M&A to own warehouse launches on Stord’s technology stack. You will translate warehouse processes into scalable WMS/OMS configurations, partner with Operations design, and validate workflows across Receiving, Picking, Packing, and Shipping.

Travel up to 50% nationwide as you bring warehouses live. This is a purely SaaS implementation role operating inside live warehouse environments, not a customer success or account management position.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of WMS implementations or related warehouse systems ownership.
• 2+ years hands-on inventory loading/reconciliation.
• 1+ year of D2C/B2B fulfillment workflows and end-to-end order lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational readiness for warehouse launches and transitions.
• Translate warehouse processes into scalable WMS and OMS configurations.
• Validate Receiving, Picking, Packing, and Shipping workflows.
• Lead inventory, SKU, and order data validation and reconciliation.
• Support cutover, go-live execution, and rollback planning.
• Provide hypercare, monitor throughput and SLA.
• Create SOPs for warehouse and CX teams.
• Act as technical escalation point during live operations.
• Travel to multiple sites nationwide up to 50%.
