Job summary

Legends Global oversees the finance and accounting functions for the KFC Yum! Center in Louisville, KY, supervising a Finance Department and coordinating with the General Manager and Regional Director of Finance.

The DOF leads budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting for venue operations. The role requires strong accounting acumen, experience with audits, and the ability to manage cash flow, payroll, and vendor contracts while maintaining

Qualifications

• B.S. in Accounting or Finance from a 4-year college/university or equivalent.
• Minimum 5-7 years of related work experience.
• Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures as well as financial systems and controls.
• Capable of handling all aspects of the accounting cycle and principles and techniques of venue operation.
• Experience using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in the facilities/arena management industry (Preferred not Required).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the finance and accounting functions of the venue daily.
• Supervise Finance Department staff and conduct budgeting/forecasting.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and analyses for leadership and boards.
• Coordinate with auditors for annual audit and external reporting.
• Manage cash flow, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable processes.
