Job summary

Prime Video is seeking a Digital Supply Chain Manager to help scale live channel delivery worldwide. Located in Seattle, WA or Los Angeles, CA, you will partner with product, engineering, operations and external stakeholders to launch linear channels on Prime Video.

This role emphasizes data, dashboards, and process improvement, with opportunities to own programs and grow professionally while working with teams across India and Costa Rica.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• 2+ years cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
• 2+ years of defining and implementing data-driven process improvements.
• Experience with stakeholder management at multiple levels.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of large-scale automation and workflow management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, engineering, operations and external stakeholders to launch linear channels.
• Track progress against goals and escalate obstacles to leadership.
• Maintain reporting and dashboards for critical metrics.
• Execute programs with guidance from senior team members.
• Identify operational roadblocks and backlog tooling improvements.
• Build relationships with partner teams and digital providers.
• Monitor metadata quality initiatives and systems.
• Participate in cross-team process improvements to enhance delivery.
• Partner with teams in India and Costa Rica to standardize tasks and drive scale.
