Job summary

Neat is seeking an AV Production Coordinator & Content Creator for our Live Virtual Tour program at the Denver Experience Center. You will run up to six 45-minute tours daily, operate multi-camera switching, ensure quality audio/lighting, host on Zoom/Teams/Meet, and create short training videos between sessions.

This entry-level role suits recent grads from broadcast journalism or media programs who want hands-on production experience and a growing production portfolio.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running live video, streaming, or studio production (internship, campus, freelance, or on-the-job).
• Working knowledge of at least one video editing tool.
• Familiarity with streaming software such as OBS or vMix or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
• Basic understanding of lighting, audio, and camera setup.

Responsibilities

• Produce the live virtual tours (most of your time).
• Run up to six 45-minute live virtual tours a day, up to five days a week.
• Operate the studio setup: multi-camera switching, audio levels, lighting, and the live stream.
• Host tours on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet.
• Keep broadcasts clean with good sound and lighting; run pre-show checks and backup plans.
• Reset the room and scenes between sessions for on-time starts.
• Present the tour when needed (about 15% of the role).
• Step in as host, answer common questions live, and hand-offs to sales/product as needed.
• Learn product details to stay current with changes.
• Shoot and edit short training videos between sessions for LinkedIn.
• Add graphics, captions, and music; export clean files for web/social.
• Coordinate with sales/marketing on tours and content requests; back up other centers as needed.
