Job summary

Gamer’s Choice in Queens, NY is seeking a Live Stream Support role to keep shows running smoothly, engage viewers, and help drive sales. You’ll assist hosts in real time, manage chat, prep segments, and ensure products are displayed correctly.

Full-time evenings and overnight shifts with compensation of $17.00–$20.00 per hour DOE. Benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, 401k, discounts, and gym reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional online presence.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced live environment.
• Familiarity with chat tools, basic streaming interfaces, and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist Live Stream Host by managing chat and questions in real time.
• Set up product displays, lighting, and stream materials before shows.
• Prepare upcoming segments by organizing products and restocking inventory.
• Monitor chat for questions and bidding activity; escalate as needed.
• Ensure correct items are displayed and follow procedures.
• Help with post-stream tasks and studio reset for next show.
• Collaborate to improve stream efficiency and viewer engagement.
