Crossing Inc. is seeking an Operations Assistant to support the TCG Livestream team and day-to-day operations in Irvine, CA. You will help with auctions, packing, inventory, and product listings while maintaining organized records.

Responsibilities

• Support livestream auctions by labeling orders, organizing sold products, and preparing items for packing.
• Help ensure orders and products are labeled and organized following livestream events.
• Assist with packing and fulfillment during high-volume periods.
• Coordinate with livestream team to keep auction operations organized and efficient.
• Assist with inventory transfers, organization, tracking, and reconciliation across teams or locations.
• Create and maintain product listings across livestream and e-commerce platforms.
• Conduct basic market and price research for TCG products and collectibles to support pricing decisions.
• Identify and elevate inventory discrepancies, listing errors, or other operational issues.
• Maintain organized product and inventory records as needed.
• Submit documents and product information to platforms such as TikTok Shop and other marketplaces.
• Provide administrative support and documentation for platform requirements, listings, auctions, and account operations.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical records.

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Operations Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our TCG Livestream team. This role works behind the scenes to help ensure livestream auctions, order fulfillment, inventory, product listings, and general operations run smoothly.

The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and willing to jump in wherever needed. An interest in trading cards, collectibles, or livestream commerce is a plus, but strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn are most important.

What you'll do

• Support livestream auctions by labeling orders, organizing sold products, and preparing items for packing and fulfillment.
• Help ensure orders and products are accurately matched, labeled, and organized following livestream events.
• Assist with packing and other fulfillment activities during high-volume periods.
• Coordinate with livestream team members to help keep auction operations organized and running efficiently.

Inventory & Product Operations

• Assist with inventory transfers, organization, tracking, and reconciliation across teams or locations.
• Support the creation and maintenance of product listings across livestream and e-commerce platforms.
• Conduct basic market and price research for TCG products and collectibles to help support pricing decisions.
• Help identify and elevate inventory discrepancies, listing errors, or other operational issues.
• Maintain organized product and inventory records as needed.

Platform & Administrative Support

• Assist with submitting documents, product information, and other requested materials to platforms such as TikTok Shop and other livestream or e-commerce marketplaces.
• Support administrative and documentation needs related to platform requirements, listings, auctions, and account operations.
• Help maintain accurate and organized digital and physical records.
• Complete general operational and administrative projects during downtime between livestreams and auctions.

General Operations

• Help maintain an organized office, inventory, packing and livestream workspace.
• Assist with supplies, shipping materials, product organization, and other day-to-day operational needs.
• Provide additional support to the TCG Livestream and Operations teams as business needs arise.
