Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 18.
• Shifts are dependent on production needs.
• Knowledge of technical theater, including safety, audio, lighting, special effects, maintenance and repair.
• Must lift 50 pounds and stand for the length of shift.
• Must work with ladders, scaffolding or lifts.
• Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Professional, self-motivated, able to multi-task with enthusiasm.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work with others.

Responsibilities

• Operate a light board, audio console and special effects equipment for park shows and events.
• Perform all shows on time and as designed by management.
• Execute cues as set by Production Staff and Management; maintain direction during show's run.
• Provide basic troubleshooting and maintenance for sound, lighting and effects equipment.
• Participate in rehearsals and operation under Production Staff direction.
• Navigate around scenic elements in potentially dark spaces.
• Climb ladders and work at heights above 35 feet; lift over 50 pounds.
• Keep venues clean and safe, including restrooms and storage areas.
• Operate and maintain tools safely with PPE.
• Assist in managing the House before/after shows and help guests.
