Job summary

Yondr is seeking an Account Manager / Sales Lead to drive new business and manage key client relationships across the Shows vertical. Reporting to the Director of Music & Events, you will own outreach and deal development with artist teams, agents, and promoters while ensuring seamless account management for confirmed tours and engagements.

The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, commercially sharp, and deeply fluent in the live entertainment ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in artist relations, talent agency, music business or live entertainment sales.
• Established relationships across artist management, agencies, promoters, and venues.
• Proven track record closing deals and managing long-term client relationships.
• Strong pricing, proposals and contract negotiation instincts.
• Relationship-driven and non-transactional; builds trust with industry partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; represents Yondr externally.
• Experience with Airtable, CRM platforms or pipeline management tools.
• Comfort in a fast-moving environment with autonomy.
• International experience a plus, especially in European touring or EDM markets.
• Genuine enthusiasm for the live entertainment landscape.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across music, comedy and adjacent live entertainment verticals.
• Own end-to-end deal management from initial pitch through contract execution with pricing and proposals.
• Maintain and grow a qualified pipeline of prospective artists and tours with forecasting.
• Collaborate with the Director on agency and promoter relationship strategy and events.
• Serve as main day-to-day contact for a portfolio of Shows clients and manage expectations.
• Coordinate logistics with Production to ensure seamless handoff of engagements.
• Identify upsell opportunities and collect post-show reporting and billing docs.
