Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Theatre Production Specialist to oversee the production and presentation of show elements, including sound, lighting, labor, and video in the venue during events.

The role involves coordinating with the Theatre Director on security, staffing, and maintenance, training staff on Altum and Raven software, and ensuring safe, efficient event operations across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; BA/BS preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience.
• 5+ years in a professional video company is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Exposure to similar facility environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production elements for each show and manage technical duties.
• Operate house lights, lighting board, and AV equipment for shows.
• Cross-train staff on basic technical skills and use of projection equipment.
• Train staff on Altum and Raven software installations and maintenance.
• Manage security systems and ensure safety requirements are met.
• Assist Theatre Director with security badges and event staffing.
• Maintain inventory and logistics for theatre needs (supplies, bulbs, dressing rooms).
• Participate in monthly financial reviews and weekly production meetings.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.
