Audacy, Inc. is seeking a part-time Board Operator/Producer to work on-site in Richmond. You will run the control board, produce shows, and manage commercials and IDs, while collaborating with newsroom and talent to develop engaging stories.

You must have strong written and verbal communication, be able to work under pressure, and meet FCC regulatory requirements. Flexibility for holidays and weekends is required.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years experience preferred.
• Familiarity with station format required.
• Must be able to perform with little supervision.
• Familiarity with FCC rules and regulations preferred.
• High school diploma required; college degree in media-related major preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Run the control board, following station format and logs, and produce talk shows, sporting events, and on-site broadcasts.
• Collaborate on story ideas and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication.
• Create original content and perform live broadcasts that are entertaining and informative.
• Participate and create content for social media; manage online personality presence.
• Work a schedule that may include holidays, nights, overnights, and weekends.
• Follow all applicable laws and FCC regulations.
