This part-time, non-exempt role focuses on lighting, live sound, and general technical support for over 300 events annually at a nightlife-adjacent venue. You will work evenings and weekends, operate lighting consoles, patch audio, run cues, and assist with load-in, run, and load-out, collaborating with the Technical/Production Manager, show producers, directors, and artists to ensure memorable

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a technician in theatrical, live performance, or event production settings.
• Experience operating lighting consoles and live sound mixing.
• Ability to read technical riders, light plots, and stage plots.
• Strong troubleshooting and collaboration with artists and crew.
• Evenings and weekends availability.

Responsibilities

• Operate the lighting console for live performances with precision and responsiveness.
• Mix live sound, balance vocals and instruments, and manage front-of-house and monitors.
• Read show documents and set up/patch audio and lighting per show needs.
• Load-in/load-out and maintain equipment safety and organization.
• Support artists backstage and coordinate with production staff during shows.
