Job summary

Got Light is seeking a Lighting Warehouse Associate to support the pick, pack, and pull of technical equipment for high-profile events in the San Francisco area. You will test and inspect gear, transport to venues, and help maintain clean, organized warehouse spaces.

The role requires knowledge of lighting equipment, ability to lift up to 70 pounds, a valid driver's license, and flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record required.
• 1–2 years of experience in live event lighting production or related environment.
• Working knowledge of professional lighting equipment, including conventional and intelligent fixtures.
• Experience with electrical power systems and temporary event power distribution is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist team to pick, pack, pull of technical equipment for events.
• Read detailed technical equipment pull lists in a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver and pick up equipment to and from venues and vendors.
• Maintain brand integrity, cleanliness and presentation of workspace and common areas.
• Perform equipment diagnostics, troubleshooting and basic repairs.
