As the Live Performance Optimization Manager, you'll analyze performance data to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across key metrics, queue management, routing, and staffing. You should be a seasoned operations professional with a deep understanding of live processes, systems, tools, and workforce management. Your ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and champion initiatives across teams is essential. You will make outcome-based recommendations to prioritize impactful work that drives improvement.

Typical responsibilities include:

  1. Conducting in-depth analysis to provide data-driven insights and making outcome-based recommendations that prioritize impactful work and drive operational improvement.
  2. Analyzing and communicating the current versus potential state of operational performance, focusing on player experience, channel health, and financial metrics.
  3. Identifying and addressing emerging trends early.
  4. Collaborating with Product, Operations, Workforce Management, Learning & Development, and Process teams to deliver measurable performance improvements.
  5. Monitoring and improving queue management and routing efficiency, staff utilization, and demand management.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role or in operations or relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of operational performance, with experience in achieving key targets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, providing clarity and direction.
