Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to provide insights and make outcome-based recommendations that prioritize impactful work and drive operational improvements.
• Analyze and communicate the current versus potential state of operational performance, focusing on player experience, channel health, and financial metrics.
• Identify and address emerging trends proactively.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Workforce Management, Learning & Development, and Process teams to enhance performance.
• Monitor and improve queue management, routing efficiency, staff utilization, and demand management.

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations, performance management, or relationship management roles.
• Strong understanding of operational performance metrics and achieving key targets.
• Ability to work collaboratively, providing clarity and strategic direction.
