Cat Daddy Games is seeking a Live Ops Manager to create and execute the day‑to‑day monetization strategy of WWE SuperCard. We are looking for an individual who has a passion for games and can manage live events from the initial design to final release while remaining focused on the best possible player experience. The Live Ops Manager makes real‑time decisions that influence the economy and engagement of the game while charting the course forward with careful planning. The ideal candidate is dependable, self‑motivated, and persistent in ensuring successful plan execution. This is an individual contributor role and focuses primarily on management of the in‑game store and event calendar, along with designing new formats and themes for future Live Ops.

The pay range for this position in Washington at the start of employment is expected to be between $85,700 and $126,860 per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program.
