Job summary

Springboard is seeking a Live Course Instructor to deliver CCMA-aligned instruction for a 16-week online program. You will facilitate two live sessions weekly, review core concepts, and support students through Q&A and announcements.

The role requires clinical CMA/CCMA experience and online teaching familiarity. The position is remote within the United States, with compensation up to $40 per hour depending on location and experience.

Qualifications

• Experience as CCMA/CMA in a clinical setting.
• Experience training Clinical Medical Assisting online.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills with large audiences.
• Excellent communication and student empathy.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate two live sessions weekly for 15 weeks (1 hour each).
• Prepare for live sessions (up to 4 hours weekly).
• Develop and modify lecture decks as needed.
• Review key concepts, address student questions, and support course announcements.
