A camp organization is seeking an experienced Site Director to manage daily camp operations at UCLA. The role includes planning camp programs, overseeing staff, and ensuring student safety and satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in educational roles and strong organizational skills. This position may span one or more weeks during camp dates in June to August. Lodging, meals, and parking are provided.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience working with students (ages 8 to 18).
• 2+ years’ experience in program administration.
• A calm and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage day-to-day operations of the camp.
• Ensure camp policies and curriculum are implemented.
• Manage program staff and instructors.
