Education Unlimited seeks a Site Director to plan and manage day-to-day camp operations, ensuring policy and curriculum alignment while supervising staff. The role includes living on-campus during program dates with lodging and meals provided.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years with students and 2+ years in program administration, plus strong organizational and leadership skills to thrive in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience working with students aged 8–18.
• 2+ years in program administration.
• Calm, professional demeanor; able to work long hours.
• Strong organizational and people skills.
• Ability to follow EU HQ direction and policies.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage day-to-day operations of the camp.
• Implement Education Unlimited policies, curriculum, schedule, and mission.
• Manage the program staff and instructors.
• Live on-campus during program dates (lodging, meals, parking provided).
• Coordinate pre-camp planning and director trainings.
• Address students’ needs and ensure student safety.
• Handle campus relations (facilities, dining, classrooms).
• Communicate with parents and coordinate with campus staff.
