Job summary

WestCare Foundation, Inc. is seeking a House Manager for the Fresno Recovery Residence. This role requires living on site, managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with program rules, and coordinating resident meetings and administrative tasks.

The position is contractor-based, with room and board provided and a $500 monthly stipend. CPR/First Aid and TB tests are required, along with a valid driver’s license and a background check.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain professional boundaries with residents.
• Knowledge of substance abuse treatment and ability to identify those under influence.
• Ability to pass criminal history background screening; CPR/First Aid and TB tests required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with program rules in the Men’s Recovery Residence Facility.
• Coordinate all paperwork for the recovery residence program (sign-in/out log, etc.).
• Review required paperwork with new residents.
• Prepare and submit purchase requests for facility operation.
• Coordinate weekly resident meetings with participants.
• Meet weekly with Program Manager/Director.
• Maintain the facility in a neat and clean condition.
• Assist with data collection for the project.
