The position serves as a liaison between residents and management during designated hours, coordinating with staff to enforce house rules, support recovery activities, and address routine needs such as meals, transportation, and crisis

Qualifications

Experience as a Resident Assistant or recovery residence manager.
Knowledge of substance use recovery and supportive housing.
Strong communication, organization, and judgment.

Responsibilities

Support residents in maintaining a respectful recovery-focused community.
Promote strict adherence to house rules, curfews, and shared living responsibilities.
Facilitate house meetings and encourage constructive resident relationships.
Monitor cleanliness, safety, and facility maintenance needs.
Encourage participation in recovery meetings, employment, education, and community resources.
Maintain basic house logs and incident reports; communicate concerns to management.
Assist with routine conflict resolution and follow emergency procedures.
