A leading organization seeks a Grounds Maintenance Worker in Twisp, WA. This part-time role involves landscaping responsibilities which include weeding, trimming, and snow removal. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and previous experience with hand tools. Job Summary
This position is responsible for landscaping or maintaining grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Tasks include weeding, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, and sprinkler repair during the growing season. Responsibilities also include snow removal on sidewalks during winter. This is a 17-20 hour per week job in lieu of paying rent/water/sewer and garbage.

Spring/Summer Season
Fall/Winter Season
Snow removal duties include clearing walks, driveways, and parking lots, spreading salt/sand, and managing snow piles. Also, manage dumpster areas and ensure safety and cleanliness.
On-call duties include attending to lockouts, minor emergencies, and ensuring safety and policy compliance. Follow all agency policies and procedures, including HIPAA and mandated reporting requirements.
Job Qualifications
Must live on-site; apartment provided.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; experience with hand tools and janitorial duties.
Certificates/Licenses: Driver’s license required; background check required.
Physical Abilities: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, climb, and perform physical tasks regularly.
Mental & Other Skills: Adaptability, dependability, interpersonal skills, judgment, basic reading and writing, problem-solving, and ability to work with others.
Workplace Conditions: Exposure to noise, heat, cold, dust, fumes, vapors, and potential trauma exposure.
