Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA, seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents—a two-person, married-couple role to live in on-campus student homes and oversee a group of 8-13 students. You will supervise daily routines, mentor students, and support their academic, emotional, and social development.

Both spouses must be 27+, with a high school diploma or GED, and a valid US driver's license. The role includes driving, devotions, budgeting oversight, and living housing responsibilities.

Competenze

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty.
• Pet limitations: only fish and one dog of approved breeds.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to become certified to drive student vans.
• Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; staff serve as role models.
