Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples for Full-time Flex Houseparents in Hershey, PA, to live in on-campus student homes and guide groups of 8–13 students. The role blends caregiving with house management and devotions, with a nine-on, three-off schedule and a path to a placed Houseparent position.

Responsibilities include supervision, routines, wellness checks, transportation, and daily devotions alongside Chapel attendance.

Formación

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Must be legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home.
• Smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in development and recreation.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
