Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ years' experience in guest service, sales, and/or cash handling preferred
• Effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills required
• Outgoing personality and an aptitude for sales
• Basic mathematical aptitude for cash handling and transaction processing
• Able to work during peak times, including evenings, weekends and holidays, to support business needs

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to all guests; greet and welcome in our retail space
• Provide confident, friendly guidance to guests; share events in venues
• Support sales programs to increase average transaction value, units per transaction
• Merchandise to keep sales floor full and visually enticing; maintain displays
• Understand current product collections to upsell products to guests
• Process sales transactions using POS and cash handling procedures
• Maintain order and cleanliness of sales floor and stockroom
• Follow safety and security policies; report issues
• Process daily shipments; receive boxes to storeroom and sales floor
• Collaborate with tour guides in historic venues to create souvenir photos; process photos for sale
• Perform other duties as assigned
