Ryman Hospitality Properties is seeking a Host to warmly welcome guests at our venues and guide them to seats. You will manage reservations, greet guests promptly, and escort them to tables while creating a lively, friendly atmosphere rooted in music heritage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in restaurant operations preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and warm welcome; assist with directions.
• Manage reservations and waitlists; communicate wait times.
• Escort guests to seats and present menus.
• Provide guidance about upcoming events and venue details.
• Follow sanitation procedures and maintain clean dining areas.
• Support front-of-house needs and service flow.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service per policy.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and complete opening/closing duties.
• Report issues to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
