Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment in West Hollywood is seeking a bartender for Peppermint Club. You will deliver exceptional beverage service and create a welcoming, energetic guest experience, while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness and responsible alcohol service.

The role requires California alcohol certification, the ability to work late hours, a flexible schedule, cash handling experience, and the stamina to stand for long periods in a fast‑paced live music environment.

Qualifications

• California Licensee or Certification Requirements/Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent.
• Ability to work late hours

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests in a natural, friendly demeanor.
• Cultivate regular guests and repeat business.
• Successfully complete a pour test prior to every shift, where applicable.
• Suggestively sell beverages and menu items at the bar.
• Deliver food and beverage orders promptly.
• Prioritize and organize drink orders.
• Maintain beverages according to standard recipes and venue specs.
• Record equipment failure and safety hazards in bar log.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service per policy and local laws.
• Request proper identification for guests under 30 years of age.
