• Proven digital marketing and account management experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for daily client interactions.
• Proficiency in project management, timelines, costs, and deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, analytics, social, dev).
• Experience creating and presenting client results, POVs, and research findings.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for campaign plans.
• Financial acumen for budget tracking and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, manage and analyze digital marketing campaigns for clients.
• Maintain strong day‑to‑day client relationships and serve as primary client contact.
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, analytics, social, development) on projects.
• Lead campaign and project plans, track status, and forecast budgets.
• Prepare client presentations, campaign results, POVs and research findings.
