Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students living in the home. The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty, followed by three days off.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth or volunteers with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children in home.
• Campus is smoke-free and weapons-free; alcohol not permitted on duty.
• Pet restrictions: fish and one dog of approved breeds.
• Valid U.S. driver''s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans.
• Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship for students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting; supervise activities and transportation.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Chapel.
