Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Ability to work as a two-person couple living together.
• Must be at least 27 years old for both spouses.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and monitor student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and plan developmental and recreational events.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
• Support various student homes initially with a 9 on/3 off schedule.
