Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking full-time Flex Houseparents who are married couples to supervise and support a group of 8–13 students in campus homes. You’ll ensure a structured, family-like environment, guiding academic, emotional, and social development.

The role involves daily supervision, activities planning, devotions, budgeting, and transitioning to a placed home role over time. A high school diploma or GED is required, and couples must be married for at least two years.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-spouse role; couples must be legally married for at least two years.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
