Job summary

Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on an on-campus basis, supporting 8-13 students in a family-like home. The role offers the opportunity to mentor youths, manage schedules, and participate in religious and recreational activities.

Couples must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, and hold a high school diploma or GED. Benefits include comprehensive coverage and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children in home.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver\'s license and be able to drive student vans.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and oversee student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and participate in development/recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
