Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA invites a married couple to join as Full-time Flex Houseparents. You will reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, supervision, and support for 8-13 students, and help develop their academic, emotional, and social growth.

The position begins with nine days on duty followed by three days off, with transition to a placed Houseparent role. A high school diploma or GED is required, and both spouses must be 27+ and legally married for at least two years.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental events.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
