Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks full-time Flex Houseparents who reside in on-campus student homes and care for a group of 8–13 students. This two-person, married-couple role offers a structured, family-like environment to support academic, emotional, and social development.

Applicants must be married for at least two years, both spouses 27+, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Training and relocation assistance provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
