Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA is hiring Full-time Flex Houseparents—a two-person married couple living on campus to care for 8–13 students in a family-like home. Responsibilities include supervision, routines, transportation, devotions, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• No more than three dependent children in the home.
• Smoke-free and weapon-free campus; alcohol not allowed on duty.
• Pet limitations: fish and one dog of approved breeds only.
• Valid U.S. driver's license; ability to be certified to drive student vans.
• Ability to lead daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel attendance.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Drive students to activities and engage in development and recreation.
• Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
