Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8-13 students living in the home.

Flex Houseparents create a structured, family-like environment to support students' growth. Responsibilities include daily supervision, scheduling, medication administration, driving to activities, leading devotions, and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Experience with youth work or volunteering is preferred.
• Couples must be legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to drive student vans.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental and recreational events.
• Leading daily devotions and attending Sunday Chapel with students.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
