Milton Hershey School seeks a married couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA. The role involves living in on-campus student homes, providing care, mentorship, supervision, and support for a group of about 8-13 students.

A two-person couple will reside together and follow a nine-on, three-off cycle. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, transporting students to activities, leading devotions, and managing household budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Must be a legally married couple for at least two years.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities and planning development and recreational activities
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
