Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional behavioral health education preferred.
• 3 years sober minimum.
• Experience in recovery, sober living, or related settings preferred.
• Familiarity with the 12 Steps and recovery principles.
• Maintain professional boundaries and enforce rules consistently.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a structured, supportive, and recovery-oriented living environment.
• Collect monthly rent from clients.
• Conduct resident orientations and review house rules, expectations, and policies.
• Monitor compliance with curfews, meetings, chores, and employment/school requirements.
• Address behavioral concerns, rule violations, and conflicts promptly and professionally.
• Document incidents, violations, interventions, and significant resident concerns.
• Assist residents with transition planning and preparation for independent living.
• Promote participation in 12-step meetings and recovery activities.
• Facilitate recovery-oriented house meetings and coordinate activities.
• Maintain a substance-free and safe living environment.
