Open Arms Solutions in Homer Glen, IL is hiring experienced live-in caregivers to support seniors in their homes. We value reliability, compassion, and the ability to work independently in a home setting.

As a live-in caregiver, you will provide ADL assistance, meals, hydration, safety supervision, and companionship while maintaining a clean, comfortable living space. Training and benefits are offered for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with at least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Experience in home care, senior care, private duty, CNA, HHA, DSP, assisted living, or a similar setting.
• Previous live-in or extended-shift caregiving experience preferred.
• Comfortable providing care and companionship in a client's home.
• Dependable, responsible, and comfortable working independently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to complete required background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care and ADLs.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with hydration.
• Provide companionship and safety supervision.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry related to the client.
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.
