Open Arms Solutions is hiring experienced Live-In Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and DSPs to provide compassionate senior home care in Homer Glen, Lemont, and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with at least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Experience in home care, senior care, private duty, CNA, HHA, DSP, assisted living, or a similar setting.
• Previous live-in or extended-shift caregiving experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with ADLs.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Prepare meals and assist with hydration.
• Provide companionship and safety supervision.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry related to the client.
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.

Live-In Caregiver Requirements

• Comfortable providing care and companionship in a client's home
• Dependable, responsible, and comfortable working independently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to complete required background screenings

Live-In Schedule

• Live-in assignments
• Extended caregiving coverage based on client needs
• Weekday and weekend opportunities may be available
• Ongoing assignments may be available depending on client needs, location, and caregiver availability
